Deposit and cancellation policy

£50.00 deposit is required per person at the time of booking a spa break package to confirm your reservation. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable but transferable before 7 days.

We require 7 days notice of cancellation in order to transfer non-refundable deposits to an alternative date or named person.
